Shipping & Refunds

Our processing time for all orders is 1-4 business days. If you have selected ' Express Shipping ' at checkout your order will not be prioritised during processing time, it will only be priortised during transit with the couriers.

Once your parcel is in the hands of the Shipping Companies delays are unfortunately out of my control.

If your parcel has been delivered with the goods damaged please email us to get the issue resolved.
We only issue refunds if an enquiry is made within 5 business days of you receiving your parcel and is returned to us within 30 business days of purchase. 
If your parcel is lost or stolen please email us so we can help assist you in contacting Aus Post or your delivery service to launch an investigation.

We will not refund with change of mind or if your parcel was delayed during transit.
